If you haven’t met Skinny Kenny yet you’ll know who he is the minute you walk in the door. Our logo isn’t just a cute caricature, it is a spot on likeness of the Big Guy himself. From the moment he was born at 11 lbs, Skinny has been developing his pallet for great tastes. As a growing boy in the thumb of Michigan Skinny’s mom would always make sure that when there was going to be a pie for desert, Kenny had a pie of his own so he didn’t have to share with his 4 siblings. These steps have shaped him into the Golden pallet you know today.
Over the last 30+ years of his life, Skinny Kenny has been driven by a passion for building relationships with people, and much like his good friends Elwood & Jake Blues in 2019 he received the call to spread BBQ to the Kalamazoo Area.
